How we work
A Florida wellness centre, and not a clinic
Oya Healing Wellness Center LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L13000112316, filed in 2013, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. Massage is provided under Florida massage establishment licence [FLORIDA MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE MM] by individually licensed therapists.
What we offer is for relaxation and general wellness. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and nothing here replaces advice from a physician. If you are pregnant, injured, or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor first and tell us on the intake form. We are also not an emergency or crisis service.

The questions we get most
Is this medical treatment?
No. These are wellness and relaxation services, not medical, chiropractic, physical therapy or mental health care. We will refer you to a physician where that is what is needed.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Massage therapy is licensed in Florida, and both the establishment and the individual therapists hold current licences. You can ask to see them, and you should ask anywhere you go.
I am pregnant. Can I book?
Speak to your physician first, and tell us on the intake form. There are appropriate options, and there are also times when the answer is to wait.
Will this fix my back pain?
We cannot promise that, and we will not. Many people find massage helps how they feel; persistent pain needs a medical assessment, and we will say so rather than selling you a package.
Do I need a membership?
No. Single sessions are always available. Packages exist because they are better value, not because we want to lock you in.
I have never done any of this. Is that a problem?
It is the normal case. Classes give options for every movement, and nobody is watching you.
